About Emmy's role Emmy plays Laura Chapman, a very intelligent girl and Jake Gyllenhaal character's love interest. They even share a very nice and romantic kiss scene. Short Interview How did you handle all the nasty weather? There was so much rain and wind that we had to shout. The biggest challenge was holding the emotional level when the crew was resetting the wind and wave machines. What about your hair and clothes? I spent the film in maroon corduroys and a blue sweater. To keep my hair looking wet, they put lots of oil into it.
